We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition, for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased.
Please quote your order number available on the Right hand side of the invoice, to assist us in identification on return to Sitara Fashion. Also send us a copy of invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with Sitara Fashion Invoice number. Also please mention in bold if you want Refund / Exchange. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.
If you have received items that you deem faulty, please email us within 2 working days of receiving the items.
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Items assembled in any way or Customised Stitched Clothes cannot be returned. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Fabrics & Embroidery
Most of our items are hand embroidered therefore fragile. Due to the nature of the work the beading may get displaced with time which should not be considered as a fault and postage cannot be claimed in exchange or refunds.
Majority of the fabrics used are 100% Polyester. These garments should be treated with care. Extra care would be needed to embroidered items therefore they should be dry cleaned only. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed, they should be washed separately. We cannot be liable for any damage due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
Shoes that have sequins diamante or embroidery are occasion wear only.
Outfits may sometime have smell of chemicals due to the process of dry cleaning after embroidery which will evaporate soon after unpacking the garment.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original method of payment.
