Delivery Conditions

 We only deliver to card holder’s billing address.

We keep you informed

Shortly after you place your order by credit or debit card, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order.

Once your order has been accepted and dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed. This email contains your order details, carrier and tracking information.

Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

Delivery timescales are for guidance only and represent the timeframe in which we will endeavour to deliver your parcel.

A signature is required for all deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered by:
– myHermes (UK Standard Delivery)
– Royal Mail (UK Next Day Delivery/International Delivery)

All orders received through Sitara Fashion are processed and, if the stock is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.

*Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of £80 or more spent in a single transaction and applies to UK deliveries only. If items from an order eligible for free delivery are returned resulting in the value of the goods kept falling below the free delivery threshold of £80 the value of the returned goods will be refunded minus the cost of standard postage and packaging, £2.99 (or £6.99 for free next day delivery).

Sitara Fashion reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.

For any customers living in the Highlands & Islands, we regret that next day delivery may not be available. The postcodes excluded from our next day delivery service are:

Delivery to Europe

Europe orders will normally be delivered using Royal Mail International or International Recorded. If the items despatched exceed 2kg, the order will be sent using Parcelforce (please note that these orders will need to be signed for). For delivery to Europe please allow 5-7 business days. If you are out when we attempt to deliver your items, the delivery service will leave a collection card.

The recipients of the order outside the United Kingdom may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery. We have no control over these charges. Shipping is carried out by courier/mail services & unforeseen circumstances can result in delays in delivery.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier is unsuccessful in delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the item(s) will be taken to a designated post office (or other collection point) for your collection. The process for organising a second attempt at delivery, or collection of your goods varies depending on the carrier.

If your order is not collected from the collection point, or contact made to arrange another delivery attempt, it will be returned to us and we will issue a refund, excluding the delivery charge and the fee Courier charge us to send the parcel back. You will have to therefore re-order the items you wish to purchase.

Please note: Sitara Fashion does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc.) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Changes to your order

Dispatch times for pre-order items is as stated on the descriptions of those items and is only an approximate time.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
